HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel

The staff and facilities at the Hermitage were excellent. The location provided a breathtaking view from almost every part of the hotel. We enjoyed many amenities at the hotel including SUP's, kayaks, lake swimming and tennis. We also had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel each night and enjoyed excellent food and service there. We had our daughter with us and we all had a memorable time. We love to travel and this is perhaps the best hotel stay we have had. We would love to come back.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.

Absolutely stunning views!!! Rooms were spacious and had views of the lake. We also enjoyed the lake amenities and bikes available.

The room was wonderfully spacious and the beds and linen excellent! And what a magnificent view! There’s a very personal feel everywhere in the hotel - great fitness ans spa and fabulous breakfast too. Very professional and discreet service make this hotel to a perfect place to relax and feel good. The fondue-chinoise we enjoyed in their cosy and class restaurant was an event in itself. I would return to the Hermitage with pleasure, maybe in summer next time, to enjoy the lake.

Great access to the lake, and beautiful views from all the rooms. Also, the beach club was a wonderful place to relax, and the entire property is very clean. The most amazing part however, was the staff; everyone was absolutely pleasant, extremely helpful and very professional. Especially, Marimar, who was our first interaction when we checked into the hotel - she had a truly memorable impact on my entire family, making us all feel welcome and valued. Until next time!
